FAQ

Here are some of the most common questions clients ask us before getting started.

What size projects do you do?

We can tackle any size production, whether this is video or animation, a one person 'run & gun' shoot or a full set experience.

Can you accommodate our budget?

We get this question a lot, and the answer is... it depends. The cost of your video depends on multiple factors. For example, things like when we join the project (ie script development or right ahead of shooting?), the picture quality you need (is this internal or customer facing?), equipment costs (tripod or drone pilots?) and post-production elements (animation? subtitles?) will impact your costs. Sometimes the desired scope for the project won't fit into your budget, but we will be able to advise you on the alternative options available.

At the end of the day, if your budget is the most important thing, then we will deliver you the best outcome that still caters to your mission. We are also able to offer package pricing for many needs as well as a-la-carte pricing for some services.

How long will it take to produce our video?

We work fast! We are a dynamic and responsive team who are able to turn around a video fairly quickly from wherever we join the process. We will offer recommendations based on what is realistic, when your deadlines are, and what budget you are working with.  Please feel free to send us an email and we will be able to give you a more specific estimate.

How involved do we need to be?

Some of our clients like to give an overview and let us run with everything. Others prefer to be involved with every step. It's entirely up to you how much time you would like to be involved. We would advise that you are involved with more rather than less, however, purely so that you feel a part of the process and closer to the final result.

We understand that things can get busy, however, so we can support pre-production as much as needed, helping with things like script development, location scouting and even talent booking, if necessary.

Do you film outside of Copenhagen?

Yes, we mostly film all across Denmark and Europe but can travel anywhere.

How do we prep for a shoot?

As much or as little as you'd prefer. Once we hear your outline, we'll take a meeting and go through any prep in detail.

We aren't sure what we need. Can you help us figure that out?

Of course! All of our colleagues come from a consulting background and have worked on every type of production imaginable. So, we know what works and what would be a better use of your time. We are so happy to meet for a chat about your brand, your needs and your ideas for what you think you may want. We will collaborate with you and your team to create a stand-out final product we can both be proud of.

Can you create animated/explainer videos?

Yup! We do those, too.

Do our speakers need coaching?

There can be problems with speakers getting uncomfortable in front of the camera. This is completely understandable if we are interviewing someone who might be a specialist in their area but not comfortable having a camera pointed at them. We will troubleshoot this with you beforehand. Depending on the level of discomfort, we can meet beforehand to practice, bring a teleprompter or simply make some adjustments on the day. There are many options available to get a confident take from the speaker.

Will our footage remain confidential and GDPR compliant?

Absolutely! Our servers are encrypted and located in Europe. Because we experienced the rise of GDPR, we have developed a set of backups to keep track of all video participants. We are able to store your footage indefinitely so that future edits and redactions can be made or we can delete the footage after the final videos have been sent, whatever you would prefer. We do find that most of our clients prefer the footage to stay though, to make any adjustments in the future.
